If you would like to change a password for an email address on your hosting account, this is a very simple process and won't take long to add.
Once you've logged into our support portal, go to My Accounts > Website Plan and click on your website Product/Service, see below:
Within the menu on the left of the screen, scroll down and select "Email Management".
Navigate to the email account that you wish to change the password for and select the padlock icon.
Once you have entered your new password and confirmed the password, click save to complete the password reset process.
