To add and remove additional contacts on your support profile, or modify their permissions please see the following steps:
- Log into our support portal: https://portal.webx.solutions/index.php?/clientarea
- Select Manage contacts in the left menu.
- This page lists all of your contacts with the ability to add and remove contacts.
Add contact
Select the green Add new contact button.
Remove a contact
- In the table of contacts select the grey cog icon to reveal a dropdown list of actions.
- Select Delete.
Edit a contact's permissions
- In the table of contacts select the grey cog icon to reveal a dropdown list of actions.
- Select Edit contact.
- Scroll down to the list of permission checkboxes, make your required permission changes and click submit.
For example, to edit a contact that can only view/edit support tickets and not have access to any billing details deselect all billing options and select all support options like the preview below:
