Managing your contacts and their permissions

To add and remove additional contacts on your support profile, or modify their permissions please see the following steps:

  1. Log into our support portal: https://portal.webx.solutions/index.php?/clientarea
  2. Select Manage contacts in the left menu.
  3. This page lists all of your contacts with the ability to add and remove contacts.

Add contact

Select the green Add new contact button.

Remove a contact

  1. In the table of contacts select the grey cog icon to reveal a dropdown list of actions.
  2. Select Delete.

Edit a contact's permissions

  1. In the table of contacts select the grey cog icon to reveal a dropdown list of actions.
  2. Select Edit contact.
  3. Scroll down to the list of permission checkboxes, make your required permission changes and click submit.

For example, to edit a contact that can only view/edit support tickets and not have access to any billing details deselect all billing options and select all support options like the preview below:
