By default, when you create a support ticket, all of your contacts that have support permission will receive a notification. To select who is notified about only the ticket you are currently creating please use the following steps:
- Log into our support portal: https://portal.webx.solutions/index.php?/clientarea
- Select Support tickets in the left menu.
- Select the green Create new button.
- Select a ticket department.
- Once you've typed your support request in the message field, scroll down and select the Override notifications to contacts option
- From here you can manually select who is notified about your ticket:
