Choosing who is notified about ticket messages

By default, when you create a support ticket, all of your contacts that have support permission will receive a notification. To modify your contacts permissions for all future support tickets please see this tutorial: https://portal.webx.solutions/index.php?/knowledgebase/article/67/managing-your-contacts-and-their-permissions

To select who is notified about only the ticket you are currently creating please use the following steps:

  1. Log into our support portal: https://portal.webx.solutions/index.php?/clientarea
  2. Select Support tickets in the left menu.
  3. Select the green Create new button.
  4. Select a ticket department.
  5. Once you've typed your support request in the message field, scroll down and select the Override notifications to contacts option
  6. From here you can manually select who is notified about your ticket:
